About Me

Hello, my name is Gemma. I am an artist based in Calgary, Alberta. I create acrylic paintings and ink drawings inspired by the serenity and beauty of nature. I feel most at home in and around the mountains; being in nature is truly my favorite place to be. My art invites you to bring a glimpse of nature's beauty and serenity into your home. I am a largely self-taught artist using a variety of resources. When I'm not painting or drawing you can find me working as a home care nurse or spending time with my husband and 2 boys.
